When you sell in multiple languages, the hardest part isn't translating — it's knowing what needs translating. Which products are missing French translations? Is your German copy up to date? Did that new collection get translated into Japanese? We just redesigned how Polaris answers these questions.

The all-languages overview

Previously, you had to select a language from a dropdown to see translation status. Check French, switch to German, switch to Spanish — one at a time. The new overview shows every language simultaneously in a single grid. Each cell shows the translation status for that resource in that language: translated, outdated, or missing.

At a glance, you can spot gaps across your entire language portfolio. A row of green checkmarks means that resource is fully translated. A red cell tells you exactly where attention is needed, without clicking into anything.

One-click translate all

Seeing all your translation gaps is useful. Filling them in one click is better. The new "Translate All" button sends a resource to every language that needs updating. Missing translations get created, outdated ones get refreshed, and already-current translations are skipped — all in a single action.

This works on individual resources or across your entire catalog with the bulk translation queue. Either way, you don't need to think about which languages need what. Polaris figures it out and handles only what's necessary.

Pages & Articles management

Products aren't the only content that needs translating. Your store's pages — About Us, FAQ, shipping policies — and blog articles are just as important for international customers. Polaris now treats pages and articles as first-class resources with the same multi-language overview, one-click translation, and status tracking that products have always had.

The dedicated Pages & Articles section gives you a focused view of your content translations, separate from your product catalog. Same workflow, same features, just organized so you can find what you need faster.

A practical workflow

The best translation workflow is one you don't have to think about. Open Polaris, glance at the overview grid, spot any gaps or outdated translations, hit translate all, and move on. Whether you manage two languages or twenty, the process is the same.
